She won a Sports Emmy for her work at WTVJ-TV Miami. She was employed at WPLG-TV, Miami as well as WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. In 1993 she joined ESPN and was chosen as one of the initial anchors for ESPN2 when it was introduced in the year 1993. She was with ESPN2 until Fox Sports hired her. She was hired in 1999 by ESPN to present 'Monday Night Countdown.
