Following his school days, Lars was drafted into the military in which he completed the basic military service for nine months within the Kongelige Livgarde (Royal Guards) which was an infantry regiment of the Danish army. The military service was not the best choice and he began looking for something different after completing the military service and decided to take a biology course. As he was busy with this , which was already half a year, Anette came home from a juggler class and showed her how well she could play juggling in just three days. Lars was amazed and was determined to try it. So he dropped out of college and went to the juggler's college as well. He also learned fire breathing and Juggling. Afterwards he toured with two friends as traveling artists throughout Europe and performed on streets of cities like Paris, Munich, Moscow and Warsaw. A few years later, he was into contact with a children's circus, where he additionally studied pantomime in addition to street theater and children's theatre.
