According to court records that were obtained by Dexerto the plaintiff who had previously filed suit against Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, filed the formal complaint to the court on June 15, seeking a lawsuit. Twitch itself was served with an official summons on the 19th of June. Estavillo is one of the men who, as per his complaint to Santa Clara Superior Court of California which was filed on June 15, suffers from obsessive/compulsive disorders including sexual addiction as well as other medical problems that make him depend solely on the internet to entertain himself. The complaint also claims Twitch causes these problems. Alinity isn't included. The complaint demands all of the above streamers to be removed permanently from Twitch to be convicted of violating the Terms of Service. The complaint also demands to receive $25 million in damages, which will "be divided equally between the plaintiff, other Twitch Turbo Subscribers, and any other funds." Alinity Alinity Alinity
